Application Tape

Application Tape is an essential ingredient of any decorative vinyl project. Commonly referred to as transfer tape, pre-mask or pre-spacing tape it is a self-adhesive paper or film that allows you to lift and transfer multiple shapes whilst maintaining your design layout.

Available with various features, clear application tape makes layering and alignment of multiple colours a breeze and is often reusable. Paper tapes are generally single-use but lower cost and can be low, medium or high tack depending on the type or complexity of the vinyl you are lifting.

Low Tack: Good for large graphics and repositionable films that also have low initial tack.
Medium Tack: A good all-rounder
High Tack: Ideal for small intricate shapes and textured vinyl
